Boundaries 101 Course
Boundaries simply define who we are, yet setting boundaries is one of the hardest things many of us face in our lives.
Many of us were conditioned to believe that boundaries are threatening or one my favorite lines "disrespectful".
Many of us were taught that the "right" thing to do is silence our voice, walk on eggshells and say yes when we really want to say no.
Boundaries are barriers-they are healthy limits. Boundaries are not created to threaten our relationships, they actually are put in place to preserve them and communicate with people how we would like to be treated.
In this class, Imani will teach you all about creating safety around honesty which transforms into creating safety around boundaries in the mind and body. She will also give you tools around defining a sense of self that honors your authenticity.
